Once a project's inspection requirements have been defined, project specific component or product software analysis tools are defined and optimized in-house by our software programming team.
Since our software is proprietary, we pre-configure, fine-tune, and test all project specific vision tools prior to shipping of the system. Furthermore, at the time of system installation, an Optel Vision field engineer further enhances the applicable vision tools so that inspection results are maximized. This leaves our customers free of any software programming or inspection parameters adjustments.
