Optel Vision offers complete project management through a general contractor's approach. First, a project manager is assigned to each project. The project manager then organizes the production schedule with all necessary in-house departments.
For example, once the purchase order has been received, the assigned project manager works directly with the project leader(s) from your company and verifies all project requirements as per your URS. The project manager then drafts functional and design specifications which include a proposed system enclosure and mounting options, in addition a complete timeline of all project milestones.
