With the purchase of an Optel Vision system, a basic service and warranty plan is provided at no additional charge. This plan includes:
- Phone support from 8:00 to 17:00 (EST), Monday to Friday
- 100% warranty on parts for 12 months after system installation
- 100% warranty on labor for 3 months after system or part installation
In addition, once a year one of our field engineers will visit your site to carry out standard maintenance on your system(s) so that it remains in top working order.
We also offer 3 levels of additional coverage through our extended service plans. These plans include the following:
Gold Plan
- 24/7 phone support for a 12 month period
- On-site preventative maintenance visit (includes all traveling expenses)
- On-site service and assistance within 24 hours
Silver Plan
- 24/7 phone support for a 12 month period
- On-site preventative maintenance visit (includes all traveling expenses)
Bronze Plan
- 24/7 phone support for a 12 month period
