Training
Extensive knowledge of the system components and of our systems' operating procedure, make Optel Vision's factory-trained, PMMI certified field engineers the ideal system trainers. After system installation, "hands on" training is provided within your facility to as many personnel as required at no additional charge.
Systems have been designed with "ease of use" in mind. Therefore, this significantly reduces the amount of training required and ensures quick and easy system setups and changeovers.
Validation
At the time of system installation, the assigned Optel Vision field engineer will assist in the system validation. As part of our documentation package, we also offer validation protocols, (IQ, OQ), to assist you in the validation of the system.
