The Optel Vision Blister Inspector and the Optel Vision Lidding Inspector have been specially designed to provide the utmost in inspection accuracy, while being easy to integrate onto existing lines. The Optel Vision systems come with a number of mounting options that are specially fitted to allow for complete system integration even when spacial constraints are an issue. Both systems also offer complete product tracking and reject tracking through the setting of product, ejection, inspection and cutting zones. The use of "zones" as advanced product tracking mechanisms is an Optel Vision exclusive.
The Optel Vision Blister Inspector contains enhanced optics with an increased field of view that allows for analysis of very large PVC's and for inspection of white tablets on a white background without back lighting. The Optel Vision Lidding Inspector, with its specially designed optical head, provides complete inspection of printed information on lidding, including OCV, bar code verification and bar code grading.
