Optel Vision Blister Pack and Unit-Dose Foil Inspector Demos

The unveiling of our Unit-Dose Foil Inspector, powered by Optel Vision’s enhanced Version 2 Software, at Interphex New York this past April was a much anticipated event. The Optel Vision Unit-Dose Foil Inspector, with its exclusively designed inspection head, is an automated system that inspects and grades all major linear symbologies, as well as RSS and 2-D Composite bar codes on even the most difficult to inspect surfaces. With its already low false-reject rate, the Unit-Dose Foil Inspector will not only ensure accurate unit-dose product packaging, but will reduce a packaging line’s overall operating costs.

Interphex New York and Interpack Düsseldorf in Germany also provided the opportunity to share with visitors how the Optel Vision Version 2 Software will further enhance our line of vision inspection products and how it will bring added financial benefits to our clients.
