Label Placement Verification Tool
Depending on the type of label and the exact project inspection requirements, the label placement verification tool incorporates one of several technologies. For example, label presence and verification can be carried out via camera, laser or ultraviolet sensor.

Complete Label Verification Tool
The Complete Label Verification Tool is an Optel Vision exclusive. With its unique optical setup and vision tools, complete verification of variable and non-variable printed text, graphics, dosage, etc. can be carried out even on large process labels. Therefore, this provides a double verification of printed information prior to printing of variable information.

Product Tracking Tool
Product or component inspection is only part of the verification process. Once verification has been carried out, these results must correlate to the correct position of the product on the line until the ejection station. This is especially important if the products contain a form of anti-counterfeiting technology such as a serialized code. Therefore, complete product tracking is an essential element in the product verification process.

Color Verification Tool
Optel Vision has incorporated CIELab color space into its color verification process. This version of CIE defines colors the closets to the human color perception, and therefore, provides highly accurate color verification results.

Fill Level Verification Tool
The Fill Level Verification Tool consists of a precision tool that verifies the level of active product within its packaging. This analysis can be carried out by the same camera that is used for other analysis such as cap presence and orientation.
Sachet Fill Verification Tool
Through the installation of a specialized optical assembly, fill verification can be carried out on single row or double row pouches. This tool accurately detects partially filled and empty sachets and then tracks them down the line until product ejection. This tool can be easily integrated with the Print & Overprint Detection & Verification Tool so that variable printed information such as lot numbers and expiration dates on sachets can be simultaneously verified. In addition, seal verification can also be incorporated.
Cap Verification Tool
Cap verification can be carried out on-line on a wide range of bottles. This tool verifies the presence and placement of caps so that skewed and offset caps are accurately detected and tracked for ejection from the line. This tool can also be easily integrated with other tools such as color verification, component presence and bar code validation of topserts.
Shape Verification Tool
The Shape Verification Tool is one of the many tools that are used for blister verifications. Specifically, it verifies the shape of products within blister packs before the sealing station. Products verified include tablets, capsules, vials, ampoules, and components of syringes.
Pin Hole Detection Tool
Pin hole detection is a complex but necessary process for detecting leakage sources. This detection cannot be carried out via visual inspection by an operator. Optel Vision offers this inspection option prior to filling on a blister line as an added feature.
Print & Overprint Detection & Verification Tool
This tool supplies accurate verification and placement of printed information on pouches, sachets and strip packs. The tool applies Optel Vision's Optical Character Verification Tool, thereby ensuring the integrity and placement of each printed character on paper or coated packaging.
Seal Verification Tool
This tool provides the necessary verification of seal alignment and seal integrity for products such as pouches, sachets, strip packs, and lidding.
The Splice Detection Tool allows for detection of visible splices on blister lines without the need of a sensor. This tool's accuracy ensures that splices will not be identified as foreign objects, which reduces the occurrence of unnecessary line stoppages.
Crimp Verification Tool
The Crimp Verification Tool is composed of several advanced vision tools that provide complete inspection (i.e., OCV), of codes on crimps in their actual printed format, as well as verification of crimp presence and integrity.
Component Count Tool
Component count can be integrated to various product inspections, which include product verifications in blisters, individual packages, and cartons.
