Project Management

We consider every project unique and each customer receives the highest quality solution.  Every purchase order is processed by an experienced Project Manager (PM) who follows a strict process based on the GAMP/PMMI guidelines.

The Project Manager's target is to optimize the quality triangle, meeting all requirements within the time frame and at the budget cost.  The use of the project planning module in our SAP-B1 ERP allows a real-time view of the entire project status and timeline.

Vision Engineering

From tablet inspection to the most efficient packaging line serialization solution, the key is having an outstanding optical setup and vision algorithm. Together with the Project Managers, the Vision Engineers select the proper illumination, camera requirements, vision tools and parameters to achieve the most efficient solution.

Mechanical Engineering

Optel Vision delivers a robust system, designed to last as long as your packaging machinery. Our Mechanical Designers use stainless steel or aluminum which follow GMP guidelines for all enclosures, brackets and ejectors. Together with the Project Manager and customer feedback, our solutions are robust, easy to adjust and simple to setup.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing operation gives us the ability to have a fast turn-around and short delivery time of spares parts. Every critical part is serialized and logged into the systems history log file to allow the tracking of every component.

Software Engineering

The heart of all our application is software. From managing multi-level serialized information, exchanging data with EPCIS, SCADA or on-line devices and operator friendly user interface, our large team of Software Engineers is behind the success of our solutions.

Validation Specialist

With over 20 years in partnership with pharmaceutical customers, we understand the importance of documentation. Our experienced Validation Specialists and Technical Writers ensure that the operation manual is adapted to your specific solution.  This is provided with the complete installation and operation qualification package, including IQ and OQ, as part of the validation documentation.

Quality Control

Generic and specific Test Plans are used by the Quality Control Department to test the entire solution. The Quality Control Technician will perform
a pre-validation of the system prior to shipping, ensuring the integration process is smooth and completed in a timely manner.

Integration

Located all over the world, our team of Field Technicians travel to your plant to install, start, test and validate your new Optel Vision equipment. For complex integration, our Field Technicians are assisted on-site by the Project Manager to ensure the synchronization of the complete integration and start-up.

The Optel Vision Field Technicians are PMMI certified trainers, which ensures they use the best training practices in the industry.
