CountSafe™ Electronic Counter Inspection

To ensure that the correct tablet is placed in the bottle without broken products, the CountSafe™ for Electronic Counter can be installed on any vibratory tablet filler and can inspect up to 20,000 tablets per minute for the following specifications:
 

• Wrong color
• Wrong length
• Wrong shape
• Broken tablets or capsules
   

The Optel Vision CountSafe™ significantly reduces the risk of cross-contamination on your bottle filling line, thus reducing the risk of customer complaints.  All tablets or capsules are verified just before falling into the bottles.  The line is stopped when a defective product is detected.

It can be integrated to any new or existing electronic counting machine, as Cremer, SwiftPack, IPS or Modular equipment.
